Recipe 1 – Cheesy Egg Toast
Ingredients:
1 boiled eggs
1 slice of bread
Butter to toast the bread
Cheese Spread or Cheese Slice
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Recipe 2 – Fruit & Nut Yoghurt Bowl
Ingredients:
1 cup Yoghurt
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/2 cup Mulberries ( or use fruits of your choice)
Handful of Granola
Some chopped nuts

Recipe 3 – Mushroom & cheese stuffed Omelette
Ingredients:
3-4 button mushroom sliced
1/2 sliced onions ( you can also use sliced bell pepper)
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Salt & Pepper
