Breakfast Pizza – Soft Bread Pizza
(this recipe uses no-knead soft dough)
2 cups (250 grams) all-purpose flour
1½ tsp (5 grams) instant dry yeast
1/2 cup (125ml) warm milk
1 tsp (3g) salt
3 tbsp (42g) butter, melted.
1 egg + Spring onions
Tomatoes + mozzarella cheese + turkey fillet
Salt, pepper, parsley.

Baking temp: 200°C preheated oven
Baking time: 25 minutes, oven may vary.
The topping may vary

Sarapan Pizza – Pizza Roti Empuk
(resep ini menggunakan adonan lembut tanpa uleni)
2 cangkir (250 gram) tepung serbaguna
1½ sdt (5 gram) ragi kering instan
1/2 cangkir (125ml) susu hangat
1 sdt (3g) garam
3 sdm (42g) mentega, lelehkan.
1 butir telur + daun bawang
Tomat + keju mozzarella + fillet kalkun
Garam, merica, peterseli.

Suhu memanggang: 200 ° C, oven yang sudah dipanaskan sebelumnya.
