Here’s an incredible way to cook eggplant!
450g (1 lb) ground beef
4g (1 tsp) salt
4g (1 tsp) pepper
4g (1 tsp) paprika
4g (1 tsp) thyme
4g (1 tsp) cumin
Cut the eggplant, then put it in salted water.
Make a mixture of meat, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, thyme, onion and garlic.
Fill the eggplant slots with the meat mixture.
Fry in oil. Serve.
