1 onion
1 courgette
1 x 400g can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 clove garlic
½ tsp chilli flakes
½ tsp ground cumin
3 tbsp fresh parsley
6 large eggs
120g cheddar cheese (add 6 Syns if not using cheese as a Health Extra)

Slimming World crustless quiche recipe
Serves 2

220g bacon, visible fat removed cut into 1cm pieces
110g mushrooms, sliced
2 garlic cloves
3 large eggs
150g fat free natural cottage cheese
3–4 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
80g reduced fat cheddar (add 6 Syns if not using as a Healthy Extra)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Slimming World Syn-free classic big breakfast
Serves 1

2 rashers of lean back bacon, fat removed
10 button mushrooms, halved
1 tomato, halved
1 medium cooked potato, cubed
½ tin of baked beans
1 or 2 large eggs
2 slices of wholemeal bread from a 400g loaf (add 6 Syns if not using as a Healthy Extra)

pinch dried red chilli flakes
2 tbsp fresh basil
