Sweet Sticky Buffalo Sandwich Recipe (Using aluminum tin for frying)

1 large chicken breast filet cut into two equal filets.
1 cup buttermilk
2-3 cups all purpose flour
salt to taste
pepper to taste
vegetable oil (enough to fill the aluminum tin halfway up)
Sandwich Pickles
Mayonnaise
Keyser Rolls
Ranch (or Bluecheese) dressing

“Winger’s” Sweet Sticky Buffalo Sauce Recipe

6 tbsp Frank’s Original Hot Sauce
4 tbsp water
1 1/2 cups brown sugar.
*Heat up in small/medium saucepan, stirring occasionally until the brown sugar is dissolved. Set aside for dipping/basting!

Deep Fry Chicken in Aluminum Tin (*Disclaimer – these tins are incredibly thin and puncture easily. We recommend filling the oil while the tin is on the griddle, and do not use knives, or sharp tongs in the tin).

Over medium/high heat (or high to start), bring the oil up to temp (approx. 325-245 degrees). If it gets hotter than this, bring the temp down. You do not want to burn/overcook the breading on the chicken before the breast is cooked through.

For the chicken breast, dredge in buttermilk, and then place in flour/salt/pepper mixture, ensuring the entire breast is covered (including any cracks – it helps to press the flour into the chicken). Shake off excess flour and place in the oil fry. After 1-2 minutes, flip the chicken and continue cooking until the breading is a light golden brown (it will continue to darken after being pulled). Once pulled, check the internal temperature of the chicken to ensure it is at least 165 degrees. Baste on the sticky buffalo sauce, and serve on keyser roll.

Sandwich build:

Bottom roll
maynnaise
chicken,
ranch
pickle slices
ranch
mayonnaise (on top bun already applied to inside top bun)
Place top bun on the sandwich and enjoy!
