Sooji dhokla is a very easy to make snack item. It requires very basic ingredients and is ready within 15 minutes of preparation and cooking.

Thick curd-1/2 cup
Lemon juice- 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Salt- to taste
Black mustard seeds- 1 teaspoon
Eno fruit salt- 1 teaspoon(I used lemon flavor)
In a large mixing bowl, combine sooji and curd. Add 1/3 cup water and mix well. Add 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder, lemon juice and salt. Add more water to make a thick but pouring lump-free batter. Keep this aside for 10-15 minutes.
Grease a microwave safe dish. Add eno to the batter and mix vigorously. Immediately pour the batter into the dish and microwave on high power for 3 minutes first. check by inserting a knife. If batter sticks, microwave for 1 minute more.
Cut dhokla into pieces. Heat oil in a tadka pan/spoon. Crackle mustard seeds and add to the dhokla pieces. Spread it using a spoon. Sprinkle some more red chilli powder on top and serve these hot!
