Step by Step Cooking Method of Aloo Paneer Tikki & Tasty Peanut Green Chutney
Preparation Time : 15 minutes

Serves : 4

For Peanut Green Chutney
Roasted Peanuts -4 tblspn
Coriander leaves -1 small bowl
Lemon Juice -1 lemon
Green Chillies -2
Rock Salt (Sendha Namak) – According to taste

Preparation Of Peanut Green Chutney
Grind the roasted peanuts, coriander leaves and the green chillies together. Add the lemon juice. Add some water and bring into right consistency. Add rock salt (Sendha Namak) according to taste. Peanut Chutney is ready
Stuffed Aloo -Paneer Tikki
Boiled and grated Potato -2 large size
Grated Paneer -125 gms
Rock Salt (Sendha Namak )- According to taste
Chopped Green Chillies -2-3
Chopped Ginger -1 Inch
Chopped Coriander leaves -2 tblspn
Black Pepper Powder -1 tspn
Carom seeds -1 tspn (optional)
Crushed Dry Fruits (Cashew nuts, Almonds, Raisins )
Deshi Ghee – 2-3 tblspn

Method Of Cooking
Step 1
Add the grated boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl. One by one add the grated Paneer,rock salt, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger,black pepper powder and the chopped coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients together and knead to make a smooth dough.
Step -2
Heat a tblspn of ghee in a non- stick tawa . Grease your palms with some ghee and take a small portion of the dough to form a small ball. Give Aloo -Paneer ball a shape of a katori. Fill a spoon of the crushed dryfruits into it and close the edges to form a smooth ball. Tap and give shape of a tikki. Shallow /deep fry in the heated ghee / refined oil.
Step -3
Shallow fry from both the sides until it turns golden brown in colour. Add the rest of the ghee while cooking from the other side. Serve it hot with the peanut chutney.
