Vegan Chocolate Açaí Coconut Smoothie With Kale and Blueberries


Protein-rich almond butter and chocolaty almond milk make this vegetable-packed smoothie recipe from Matt James, former star of the hit series The Bachelor, absolutely irresistible. Want a peanut butter-chocolate mix? Swap peanut butter in for almond butter. 

What you need:

1 cup Toscano kale, destemmed
½ cup blueberries
1 frozen Açaí packet
2 cups chocolate almond milk
3 tablespoons almond butter
1 tablespoon cacao nibs
1 tablespoon coconut flakes

What you do:

1. Into a high-speed blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
